We hereby state that these individuals or entities have no affiliation, authorization, or connection whatsoever with Innovance Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., and our Company has no direct or indirect relationship with any such persons or their activities.
We further emphasize that our Company’s initial public offering application is currently under evaluation before the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu), and no shares of our Company have been offered to the public under any circumstance.
Therefore, any activity involving the alleged sale of Company shares, solicitation of funds, or any form of investment offer purportedly made on behalf of our Company is entirely unfounded, unlawful, and misleading. Criminal complaints have been submitted to the competent authorities regarding the matter, and all related proceedings are being diligently monitored by our Company.
