Internet Banking Channel was Re-Designed & Re-Launched

Anadolubank Internet Banking front-end refurbishment was our first consumer facing project with the client. New responsive Internet Banking channel was developed using latest frontend technologies and architectures. Internet banking with a high user experience for both retail & corporate segments, innovative design and with full mobile compatibility went live by the end of 2020. Innovance provided senior engagement leads, analysts, developers & architects along with digital transformation workshops for the client’ IT departments with a unique project management model.

engineering teams established core architecture team providing overwatch for all transformation initiatives on demand basis.

Refurbishment of old internet banking channel was a prime example of Innovance’s capability on digital transformation under a project management effort where elements of turnkey projects & hybrid working model were combined.

WHAT IS NEXT?

Similar project had been executed with Anadolubank Netherlands, within the scope of the project Innovance provided project management leadership, analysts & developers developing & implementing an Internet Banking Channel both for retail banking & corporate banking segments with a PSD2 compliant framework fully adaptive for European Union banking operations & regulations.

Innovance’s own middleware product was implemented to serve the specific needs of European Banking market, additional functions added to offer full range of digital banking services.

Currently this project is under pilot with limited internal users, it is planned for mass market launch in the late third quarter of 2021, where all Q&A and testing process conducted by Innovance analysts.

Apart from Anadolubank & Anadolubank Netherlands Internet Banking projects, Innovance’s consultants provide ongoing support for analysis and front-end development processes for Anadolubank mobile banking initiatives.

This specific approach by Innovance proved to be an ideal engagement model for major renewal & transformation projects where the client lacked the initial project resources & expertise for latest banking & customer engagement technologies. Not only the application of technology is required but also re-design & re-engineering of transactions’ flows for the next generation of digital banking users is the key to establish Internet Banking as the fundamental channel.
